We deliver comprehensive Customer Care to our SQL*LIMS® customers. We have one of the largest technical support organizations in the industry. Customers can be assured of speaking with a LIMS expert for troubleshooting assistance and for answers to questions pertaining to installation and system operations.

LabVantage has migrated the SQL*LIMS Technical Support Resource Center (TSRC) into VantageCare. VantageCare is LabVantage’s centralized Customer Care site which enables our customers to submit product issues and inquiries, search known product issues and status, as well as, download patches, software releases and technical documents.
